Steel corrosion is a common issue in chicken farms due to high humidity and ammonia from waste, leading to frequent repairs and contamination risks. After facing severe corrosion issues with steel at their existing farms, the customer decided to use FRP solutions for their new plant in Jeram, Kuala Selangor. Our FRP roofing eliminated the risk of rust, ensuring a longer service life, and reduced maintenance costs. FRP molded gratings were installed as flooring, allowing chicken waste to pass through efficiently to the basement level, facilitating efficient waste management and turning it into fertilizer. The 10-meter high MuiTank served as a reliable feed silo, safeguarding chicken feed from moisture and contamination.
