Which BUMI size do I need for a house?
Most houses use the BM 250-300 (300 gallons, 1,362 L) or BM 400-500 (500 gallons). Measure the ceiling opening and the height under the roof before you choose.

What does BM 250-300 mean?
BM is the BUMI series. The first number is the effective capacity (250 gallons) and the second is the nominal capacity (300 gallons).

Why choose a round tank?
A round wall spreads the water pressure evenly, so it is the strongest shape and less likely to bulge or crack when full.

Are BUMI tanks registered with SPAN?
