What if my tank is not a Mui Fatt tank?
No problem. Our specialists check the tank first. If it is still in good condition with minor leaks, we replace the damaged panels or gaskets.
Is there a warranty after repairing another brand?
Yes. We give a 3-month grace period on the leak we repaired.
How do I prevent leaks?
Check the pump regularly and keep the tank filled, because repeated emptying and refilling stresses the joints. If a joint leaks, replacing the rubber sealant early is cheaper than waiting.
My Mui Fatt tank is under warranty. What do I do?
Contact us with your warranty certificate. New Mui Fatt tanks carry 5 years outdoor and 10 years indoor warranty.
