MG 30-38 custom colour is the same 30 mm MuiGrate FRP (fibreglass) molded grating, with 38 x 38 mm square mesh, made with the pigment in the resin, so the colour goes right through the panel. Grey is standard; yellow and green are common choices, and other colours are made on request.

Coloured grating marks escape routes, hazard zones and walkways without paint that wears off. It comes as a full 1,220 x 3,660 mm (4 x 12 ft) panel or cut to your size, and is SIRIM certified to BS 4592-6:2008.

Which colours can you make?
Grey is standard. Yellow and green are regular colours; tell us any other colour you need.

Is the colour painted on?
No. The pigment is mixed into the resin, so the colour runs through the grating.

Does colour change the strength?
No. The colour version has the same thickness, mesh and span limits as grey MG 30-38.

Can cars or lorries drive on it?
No. MuiGrate FRP grating is designed for pedestrian traffic only, as BS 4592 sets out. For areas with vehicles, use a steel or concrete cover.
