The MuiGrate MG50(38/38) is our deepest FRP (fibreglass) molded grating: 50 mm thick with a 38 x 38 mm mesh, in 1,220 x 3,660 mm panels weighing 110 kg. It spans up to 1,372 mm between supports for foot traffic, the longest of the MuiGrate range, and is SIRIM certified to BS 4592-6:2008.
Data centre cooling towers run wet, warm and next to electrical plant. FRP does not rust in the spray, does not conduct electricity, and its open mesh lets air and water pass. Mui Fatt was the first maker of moulded FRP grating in Malaysia, and makes MuiGrate in Port Klang, Selangor.

Span is the clear gap between supports. Static loads at 1% deflection, safety factor 2.0. Pedestrian traffic only (BS 4592), not vehicles.
