GTTW-38(50) TruGrid FRP Pultruded Grating, 38 mm, 50% Open

The GTTW-38(50) is a TRUGRID® FRP (fibreglass) pultruded grating with 38.1 mm (1.5 in) high I-shaped bearing bars and a 50% open area. TW is the TruGrid bearing bar series, 38 is the bar height and (50) is the open area in percent. The bars are locked by pultruded cross ties and bonded, giving a flush top.

The 50% open grating is the middle choice between bar spacing and drainage. The 38 mm depth spans further than 25 mm between supports, for platforms and wider trenches. Mui Fatt supplies TruGrid grating cut to your layout.

Why FRP

No rust: pultruded glass fibre (up to 70% glass) in polyester or vinyl ester resin does not corrode in wet, salty or chemical areas.
Light: a fraction of the weight of steel grating, so panels are carried and fitted by hand.
Non-conductive: safe near electrical equipment and cable routes.
Easy to cut: panels are cut on site with ordinary power tools; seal cut edges with the resin supplied.
