The FB 152.4 x 6.35 is a pultruded fiberglass (FRP) flat bar: width 152.4 mm (6 in); thickness 6.35 mm (1/4 in). It is the widest flat bar in the 1/4 inch thickness. It is made in Malaysia by Hexagon MF Composite Sdn Bhd, Mui Fatt's pultrusion sister company, in isophthalic polyester resin with a surface veil, in RAL 7035 light grey, and supplied by Mui Fatt.

Yes, for light posts. For heavier posts consider a thicker plate; ask us.
What is the widest flat bar you list?
FB 760 x 3 is much wider (760 mm) but only 3 mm thick. In 6.35 mm thickness, 152.4 mm is the widest.
