The SQ 50.8 x 50.8 x 6.35 is a pultruded fiberglass (FRP) square hollow section (square tube): outside size 50.8 x 50.8 mm (2 x 2 in); wall thickness 6.35 mm (1/4 in). It is the heavy-wall 2 inch tube, a compact section often used for uprights and frames. It is made in Malaysia by Hexagon MF Composite Sdn Bhd, Mui Fatt's pultrusion sister company, in isophthalic polyester resin with a surface veil, in RAL 7035 light grey, and supplied by Mui Fatt.

Choosing This Size
This is the 2 inch tube with the thicker 1/4 in wall. It keeps the small 50.8 mm footprint but is about twice as thick as the 3.18 mm version, so it suits uprights, short posts and frames that carry a load.
