This FRP sandwich panel, sold as MuiBoard, has a 25 mm polyurethane (PU) foam core bonded between two 1.5 mm fibreglass (FRP) skins with a strong adhesive, giving a 28 mm panel. The PU core insulates, and the FRP skins are smooth, washable and rust free. Panels are made locally, 1,200 mm wide and 4, 8 or 12 ft long, in white or blue.

PU foam insulates better per mm than polystyrene. For more insulation choose the 38 mm PU panel; for a lower cost core choose polystyrene.
