Fiberglass Baffle Panel
The Fiberglass Baffle Panel - Handlaid - is an excellent flow control apparatus within the water treatment industry. Its benefits include being corrosion-resistant, high-strength, lightweight, low-maintenance, UV-resistant, low-conductivity, and dimensionally stable. Common applications include municipal water and wastewater systems, aeration chambers, contact chambers, and retention basins.
Fiberglass Baffle Panels have a longer life cycle than wood, concrete, or steel baffle panels, which are subject to rot or corrosion. Therefore, they are more cost-effective than those alternatives. Baffle panels are available in 12” and 24” widths for easy fabrication and installation of new systems or rehabilitation of existing systems. They can be easily mounted to existing concrete H-beams for walls with clip angles.
