Additionally, all shop owners must have their own wheelie bins for their business premises, with required sizes being 240 liters or 660 liters. This initiative ensures that waste collection is efficient, timely, and contributes to a cleaner Klang.

2. Place Your Bin at the Designated Spot: Ensure that your wheelie bin is placed in front of your home or business premises on collection days according to the schedule provided by MPK. This will make it easier for the workers to collect the waste.

Majlis Perbandaran Klang (MPK) telah mengambil langkah-langkah untuk memastikan Klang menjadi lebih bersih dan hijau. Dengan pengambilan sumpah baru-baru ini oleh Zaireezal Ahmad Zainuddin sebagai timbalan presiden tindakan MPK, fokus terhadap kebersihan bandar telah diperbaharui, dan satu inisiatif baru telah dilaksanakan, iaitu kutipan sampah pintu ke pintu di kampung bawah pentadbiran MPK.

Inisiatif ini bukan sekadar tindakan simbolik tetapi langkah proaktif untuk menangani isu kebersihan Klang. Kebersihan bandar bukan hanya tanggungjawab majlis, tetapi juga setiap penduduk.

Untuk memastikan kejayaan inisiatif ini, MPK memerlukan kerjasama daripada semua penduduk kampung. Menurut Undang-undang Pengutipan, Pembuangan, dan Pembuangan Sampah 2007 majlis, penyediaan tong sampah diwajibkan kepada setiap premis rumah di kampung, sama ada berukuran 70 liter atau 120 liter. Selain itu, semua pemilik kedai wajib menyediakan tong sampah beroda sendiri untuk premis perniagaan mereka, sama ada saiz 240 liter atau 660 liter. Inisiatif ini dapat memastikan kutipan sampah yang cekap, tepat pada masa, dan menyumbang kepada Klang yang lebih bersih.

2. Letakkan Tong Anda di Tempat yang Ditentukan: Pastikan tong sampah beroda anda diletakkan di depan rumah anda pada hari pengutipan mengikut jadual yang disediakan oleh MPK. Ini akan memudahkan proses pengutipan sampah.

3. Kitar Semula dan Kurangkan Sisa: Berwaspada terhadap sisa yang anda hasilkan. Berusaha untuk mengitar semula dan mengurangkan jumlah sisa pepejal yang anda hasilkan. Ini tidak hanya memberi faedah kepada alam sekitar tetapi juga mengurangkan beban untuk proses pengutipan.
